About Us

Scott Theater originally opened in 1930 in the charming downtown district of Waldron, Arkansas. It is currently the oldest operating movie theater in the state. The years have brought many changes, including a new name and many renovations. In 2015 the theater was updated from film to state of the art digital sound and video. Currently, the theater seats 220 patrons including a new addition of 25 VIP seats that offer the best view in the house. Scott Theater offers a unique and nostalgic atmosphere paired with the pleasures of modern technology.
